If you wish to place an order in excess of 9,000 Kč, please contact your distributor or Distributor Support on telephone number: 244 466 012 so that they can assist you in processing your order. You can call on working days between 9:00 and 17:00.

To all orders a courier charge of 116 Kč including VAT is added. We use the PPL courier service.

Your order will be processed within 24 (or 48) hours of receiving your payment into our bank account. Cash on delivery payments are not possible in our retail e-shop. Thank you for your understanding.

PPL courier service delivers only on working days, you will be informed by email (if you have entered your email address when ordering) and by phone by the driver about the date of delivery of your parcel.
